Our belief is that the souls are on a different frequency and so are Incompatible with our brainwaves. well, everyone except me that is. My sister Dana created 'Gold Diamond' She was the first, and last test subject, yes we succeeded, first try and now, fifteen years later we have collected 120 souls and an extra 500 normal people dying of old age being transferred to the city of 'Gold Diamond'
